The reality is monarchy's don't really exsist they are all really Oligarchy's because even a King has a group of knights of a clergy or some sort of group behind him that he merely represents. So Monarchys and Oligarchy's are actually the same.

In a real system that is usually true.
For definition however, A Monarchy is a line of rulers related by blood or marriage that are divinely chosen by god.
An Oligarchy is a group of people who hold, remain in, and usually abuse, power.
